I have been teaching since 2022 having been classicaly taught one to one by my teacher in Hatha Yoga with a strong Iyengar influence.
I also met my Guru while training to be a yoga teacher, he specializes in Tantra Mantra which I now teach. I also took a 300 hr further training in 2018 in India, Bhakti style. My teaching was in fitness centers, then I had my own studio in Scotland before moving to Atlanta GA and buying a Yoga Studio with my husband. I have led many YTT 200 courses, workshops and retreats all over the world. My style is eccletic with a fusion of classical Hatha, Bhakti, Vinyasa, Yin and Mantra. Yoga is my passion and I love helping others to discover all that the practice can bring to them.
