My name is Karisha Gillenwater and I am a hr certified Vinyasa instructor I have continued my education with a hr Yin certification a hr Chair yoga certification as well as gained several hours with Restorative and Holy yoga trainings I find joy in creating retreats teaching specialty classes including holy yoga incorporating Biblical scripture and prayer throughout and customizing private sessions for individuals and groups I have taught kids at schools and camps senior citizens and everyone in between!
