Karla Rogers Heaton is an educator She believes in the traditions of learning and passing knowledge and wisdom to others She knows at the core of her being that her ability to teach is her gift to be shared with the world She is passionate about her students first and foremost but also the art of teaching She brings that passion for life long learning and sharing knowledge to the yoga studio and to each and every student she is privileged to teach She focuses much of her teaching on stress reduction for educators offering a mix of Yin Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga She offers classes for non-educators as well She currently resides in Tupelo MS and teaches at the Yoga Center Contact her about group classes or private lessons.
