My name is Karolyn, I am from Michigan.
I have been a student of yoga since 2000. As a student I love my continued knowledge I receive with every class that I teach and take. I am a very enthusiastic and positive yoga instructor! My favorite part of teaching a yoga class is watching as my students transform into yogis! From the first basic asana to their one-pointed focus and controlled breathing; helping and guiding them into excellent poses and amazing awareness! I am excited to share my knowledge with beginner yogis to even more advanced yogis. I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of yoga with yogis of all ages and levels, from my Kids yoga, Basic yoga, Slow flow to a deep restorative YIN class! Ahhh Namaste!
