Karrie Zylstra Myton is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
In addition to her RYT 200, Karrie has completed a Chair Yoga certification and instruction on yoga for dementia and mild cognitive impairment. She holds a Masters in Education and currently teaches in person and online. She specializes in the the use of art and journaling to enhance her teaching and yoga practice.
