Boho is the free spirit, the creative artist, the seeker, the ones with the wild sparkle in their eyes or just someone who beats to their own drum.
My yoga teaches you to move and grow with the rhythm of your own spirit. The magic of the yoga practice simply starts with a sacred space and my devoted attention to the client's intent for the class. Whether it be nursing an injury, alleviating tension, gaining flexibility or awareness of the body, or just to calmly workout to find that relaxed state..... these goals are easily met. I provide hands on adjustments, all the props (mats, blocks, straps, headphones, incense, etc) and further coaching post class. I have the ability to accommodate clients at any age, skill-level or limitation, flexibility to succeed in the practice. After being in a car accident at the age of 22 and becoming EXTREMELY limited with mobility and not being able to work. I began my path to HEALING. Yoga to me, is very sacred and gave me new life, with a deep rooted happiness free from pain. Its the ONE thing no one can ever take away from me! Come join me for a class in Kingsland, TX!
