I am not necessarily interested in limiting my experience of Yoga to doing poses.
Though challenging and meaningful, if they disregard my body's inherent wisdom they do not suit my aim. The practices I am interested in are functional, honor my body's design, cultivate strength AND sensitivity, and do not sacrifice peace of mind. My home base is in St. Louis Missouri where I annually teach a 6 month in-depth Yoga training that is recognized at a 200 Hour Teacher Training. I also teach this training in Northwest Arkansas, St. Thomas USVI. I am interested in taking my Foundational training to any community that needs it! I offer an online subscription to practices aimed and learning to listen to your inner wisdom through movement, breath, and meditation. Bi-annually I host service retreat work that is about getting out of your normal routine and checking in with your essential self to see how things are going in your life, if purpose is felt and being of service to others is possible.
