While she loved all forms of exercise, yoga became a unique sanctuary that blended movement and meditation. At 21, she fulfilled her dream of teaching by earning her RYT 200 from the Session School of Yoga in 2024. For Kate, yoga is more than a practice; it's a way to live a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life. Her classes emphasize strength, mindfulness, and opportunities to explore personal growth. When she's not teaching, Kate enjoys exercising, spending time with friends and family, golfing, traveling, and cooking.
