11 years later, when she found the physical practice of yoga asana, everything about it felt right. Kate loves how the discipline of the physical practice draws her into more mental clarity and calmness. She is grateful for the life-long learning that yoga offers and is passionate about the growth process for the students and teachers she trains. Kate is known for her authentic teaching style and creative expression of movement through vinyasa yoga classes. With over a decade of experience in her field, she has facilitated many 200 hour and 300 hour teacher trainings, workshops for students and teachers. Kate is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Level Reiki practitioner in the Chicago suburban area.
