Kate Reddy Aka Keli Lalita, did her first Sun Salutations at age 7 with her hippie mom, at the foot hills of Catskill Mountains.
She attended the children retreat at the Vivekananda Vedanta Vihar and her life was forever changed. After joining an ashram at age 19 and spending several months in Vrindavan,India at the Vaisnava Institute for Higher Education, Keli became a life long practitioner go Bhakti. She has returned to India 14 times to teach and practice. Keli's classes are joyful, devotional and she teaches with the belief in her heart that all being are Divine. Expect to awaken a new love for your body, and a deeply peaceful mind in her luscious, sacred classes. She has studied extensively with Edwin F Bryant PhD, the translator of The Yoga Sutras, and with Shiva Rea. She assists in The Bhakti Yoga teacher training and has lead and assisted retreats in India, Costa Rica, and in the US.
