"Coyote is always out there waiting....and Coyote is always hungry." - Navajo Proverb Hungry to explore, hungry to experience, hungry to expand my knowledge and keep learning; I will never be full.
I began practicing yoga in 2010 hoping to bring peace and serenity to my restless, ever-moving mind. Yoga taught me that; yoga taught me to breathe. As a firm believer of the benefits of yoga, I hope to pass on my knowledge to other yogi's and inspire them to practice with me. Yoga, through its focus on the physical and the transcendent simultaneously, compliments my passion for experiencing Nature, both spiritually and - through photography – retrospectively. I came from the wooded countryside of Sonoma County to the bustling City of Angels in order to pursue a degree in Film, so that I might one day produce nature documentaries. I am well on my way, and it is time that I incorporate yoga into my path. My name is Kate and Coyote is my animal. "The Coyote's energy is linked to simplicity and trust, spurring renewed innocence and a childlike wisdom of the world. The Coyote's howl touches your soul, reminding you of your primal connections."
