Kate Townsend, L.Ac., EAMP, licensed acupuncturist and East Asian medical practitioner, is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT, which means that she completed her yoga teacher training through an accredited RYS program.
Kate has practiced movement-based contemplative arts for decades. She has had the privilege to train with pre-eminent yogis, physicians, healers and Daoist teachers who embodied and transmitted the beauty and healing power of authentic movement and stillness.
