I had my first yoga experiences as a graduate student in Since that time I experimented with various yoga classes in a variety of styles in addition to developing my personal home practice I eventually found my home in the Iyengar lineage I completed my -hour training - and my -hour training - under the guidance of Matt and Cherene Queen at North Bend Yoga Shala I enjoy teaching "Iyengar-inspired" yoga to adults of all ages and abilities.
