She is also YACEP. Katherine has been teaching since 2009. Her style includes Hatha with a slower flow in sequencing and the working with the Subtle Body. She teaches Beginner, Level 1, Restorative and Chair yoga. Katherine works with those who have autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, mobility issues, and fatigue to rebuild their strength, flexibility and energy. Kathy works with a multitude of tools to help those searching for a way to live life fully again by transforming their lives both on and off the mat. Katherine offers classes and workshops both in person and online. No matter where you are located, Katherine can help you.
