About
I started doing yoga in March of 2013 and became unbelievably addicted to the sweat, flow, and empowerment of vinyasa.
The mental and physical transformation I have experienced is beyond words, and I only hope that by teaching others what I have learned, I can help my students feel that same enlightenment. I am a certified RYT-200 power yoga instructor. I completed my teacher training in November of 2014 under the incredible instructors at Charleston Power Yoga, a Baptiste affiliate studio in downtown Charleston. I also completed my Art of Assisting training program at Charleston Power Yoga. I completed my Prenatal Yoga training with Holy Cow Yoga Center in January 2015, and Restorative Teacher Training with Holy Cow in the Summer of 2017. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and over 30 hours of anatomy training through Yoga Medicine and Yoga International. Not yoga related: I love wine, being outdoors, my two goofy dogs, Thai food, the beach, wine, scary movies, being wildly inappropriate, spending time with my friends, and wine. I live in Pittsboro with my husband, Chris and daughter, Clara.
