My role as a yoga teacher involves creating and leading yoga classes, demonstrating proper form and alignment, offering adjustments and modifications as needed, and fostering a supportive and safe environment for students to explore their practice. I provide guidance on breath control, meditation, and mindfulness, helping students develop flexibility, strength, balance, and inner peace while adapting to the unique needs and abilities of my students.
