Katherine "Kitty" Harris is a Colorado native who is a former Volleyball collegiate athlete with an Associates of Arts Degree in psychology Katherine completed her YTT in through Cambio Yoga School in Colorado Springs She has since gone on to independently teach and start her own yoga business; Secret Stash Yoga She has completed the YA requirements of qualifying her as a E-RYT hr She has gone on to become a Certified Personal Trainer CPT in through the American Council of Exercise ACE including becoming a Fitness Nutrition Specialist in She has over hours of Continuing Education pertaining to her CPT which has been valid for years She is currently enroll in hr YTT and hr PYTT she is on course to be finished in She has taught in gyms and yoga studios across Colorado and virtually for the last years She has been featured in magazines and podcasts as well Be sure to check out her website for up coming classesCE courses and all things she has to offer: SecretStashYogacom | IG: @SecretStashYoga Because of her experience and growth in yoga Katherine is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider YACEP.
