Kate Connolly is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS After years exploring practicing and studying various lineages of yoga I wanted to share my experience and passion for yoga with others I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance I am currently engaged in the ongoing study of Ayurvedic lifestyle practices I have completed additional Restorative Yoga teaching training and a hour Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor training program as recognized by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association NAMA and Yoga Alliance approved I am a breast cancer survivor and learned that I need to nurture and care for myself daily in ways that fill my own soul and I never realized how difficult it would be to turn inward My dedicated mindfulness meditation and asana practice has been a source of tremendous strength and healing through my diagnosis and recovery  It also continues to carry me through the tragic passing of my son Henry at the age of years in a drowning accident I wish that all of you can B PRESENT • B CONNECTED • B YOU™ Kate Connolly.
