I am a yoga teacher dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies through movement breath and compassionate presence With meditation training in Peru immersion yoga teacher training in Costa Rica and over twenty years of practicing yoga I bring a holistic approach to healing I believe yoga is for every BODY—accessible inclusive and rooted in self-compassion My classes are not about performance but about presence It is my intention to create a safe space where students feel supported to move mindfully breathe deeply and honor their unique journey I offer yoga classes that guide yogis into softening self-judgment releasing tension and cultivating trust in their bodies It is my desire to share the message that yoga is for everyBODY and offer a safe space for others to show themselves self-love I hope to spread the message that yoga is so much more than just the poses!
