Kathy Forgrave is Director of Teacher Training and Teacher Development at Bold Flow Yoga Kathy Forgrave is an E- Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS and over years of work in this field as well as being a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Childrens Yoga Instructor In addition Kathy has earned the C-IAYT a designation by the IAYT identifying Kathy as one of the few in the state of Michigan for more than years of work focused upon working with patient populations in private and in class settings though her personal business and her work with Beaumont Hospital Kathy has also worked with pediatrician Dr Ami Mavani at her Wellness Center in Rochester MI offering private yoga to adults and children with specialized needs Kathy was Lead Teacher of the Level I RYT program at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak MI for years prior to joining Bold Flow.
