Kathy Is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a Registerd Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She has participated in trainings in order to offer yoga to children with special needs. She has completed the Samadhi Spectrim Teacher Training for Autism. In addition, Kathy is a Speech Language Pathologist. She teaches yoga to children in Southern Maryland. She is able to tailor her kids yoga classes based on her student's needs. She provides yoga to children in group class settings and/or individual private settings. Kathy provides in person kid's yoga classes for the Evolve Yoga and Wellness Studio located in California, MD. Currently, she offers a in person Kids Yoga & Craft class & tween yoga class through Evolve Yoga and Wellness Studio.
