Kathrine Steele

Kathrine has over 35 years of experience as a group and individual fitness consultant and LMT (licensed massage), offering different bodywork modalities. Having found Yoga in her early teens through the books, "Yoga for Your Health", by Richard Hittleman, and "The Spiritual Science of Kriya Yoga", by Goswani Kriyananda, "Kat" discovered that the path of Yoga connected to her very core. kat has studied Iyengar, Jivamukti, Sivananda lineages. Studied at Center of Self Realization in California and then at Center of Spiritual Awareness. Currently, Kat is working on a Raw Chef's, Aromatherapy Certification under European Protocols. Having lived and worked in California, New York, New Mexico , Florida, and Texas , her current home. Currently Kat resides in West Houston having taught from 2009-2019 at Yoga West Yoga Studios in Katy Texas, Yoga on the Brazos in Richmond with a LMT (liscenced massage and yoga privates) Office from 2012- 2014. Kat taught at Houston Ayurveda Center in Cypress offering a weekly class 2018-2019; from 2019-2021 a class for Bella Yoga Wellness in Richmond online and in person. Kat currently studies with re-nowed teacher “Robert Boustany” taking his 500 hour program. Under lineage guidance currently explores deeper path with Hansavedas Academy under guidance of Swami Vidyadishananda and explores Isha under Sadhguru. In 2018 to opened a private practice at “Springer Professional Building” 21815 Oak Park Trail Drive, Katy Texas77450 and began teaching at the esteemed “Rilion Gracie Academy Katy 962 S.Fry Rd, Katy Texas.
