I consider my 200 hour training just the beginning of my journey and look forward to expanding my knowledge with training in yoga for special populations. I believe everyone should unapologetically own their authentic, joyful self (think dance like nobody's watching!). I firmly believe yoga is for every body (every. body.)! I absolutely LOVE sharing the gift of yoga with those seeking nourishment for the mind and the body. I'm truly honored and forever grateful to those who allow me to guide them through their practice.
