Karuna Hub for the Heart

As founder of Hub for the Heart, she specializes in the spiritual aspect of healing, working with people who are suffering due to addiction, trauma or Complex PTSD. A number of beautiful experiences have shaped her life, including healing from an eating disorder which nearly destroyed her. Karuna is well schooled in varied expressions of yoga and spirituality, having received guidance from outstanding teachers along the way, including Ram Dass, Tantric scholar Paul Muller-Ortega, Rupert Spira and kundalini meditation master Sri Vasudeva. She has taught both locally and globally in the UK, Ireland, Hungary, Canada, Romania and Trinidad. Karuna presently accepts online clientele as well as local, in-person bookings for people who travel to Hawaii or reside within the state.
