Kathryn Zoerb is a yoga instructor and theatre professional in the Washington, DC area.
As a yoga instructor, Kathryn’s goal is to demonstrate the accessibility and benefits of yoga, and her classes are designed to foster self-awareness, confidence, and balance. Living in the moment and never wishing it away is one of the most important things yoga has taught her. As William Shakespeare said, “Wisely and slow. They stumble that run fast.” Kathryn is an E-RYT 200 & RPYT with Yoga Alliance with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. She has also completed a 100 hour supplemental program with YogaWorks and is currently in the process of acquiring her RYT 500 certification with YogaWorks.
