I happened upon my first Yoga class in while looking for a body workout but like many others I found out that Yoga is so much more than just physical exercise The mental clarity self-love respect body awareness and focus kept me longing for more classes After years of practicing many different styles of Yoga I decided to become a Yoga Alliance certified teacher RYT in the practice of Hatha Yoga and studied at the at the Purna Yoga Institute in Bellevue Washington Additionally I worked on becoming a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher RPYT and got certifications in Pre and Postpartum Fitness and Kids Yoga; this interest may stem from my background as a Pediatric Nurse My big passion are community building classes especially Prenatal and Postpartum Classes In my classes I like to create a joyous safe space with an energetic atmosphere spreading the confidence I found through Yoga My goal in my practice is to make Yoga accessible to everybody regardless of gender shape age or ability.
