About
Katrina is a firm believer that yoga truly is the key to cultivating a healthy mind, body, and spirit, as well as provides the pathway to find the true self.
Growing up in the small town of Bishop California, she went east to Bozeman Montana to big sky country to pursue her education. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Montana State University in 2009, taking additional classes in health and human development. With several years of experience working with people with mental illness, development disabilities, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries, Katrina has seen the profound effects that yoga can have on every individual. Katrina wishes to inspire others to continue on their personal journey with respect, compassion, understanding, and commitment to meet students where they are at. Her hope is that every student will deepen their own practice, find true peace, health, and happiness. Katrina recieved her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training on the beautiful central coast of California in San Luis Obispo at The Yoga Centre.
