Ive been practicing yoga for many years I decided to take my love for yoga to the next level I teach YogaGuided MeditationNutrition fitness groups and other services are also offered at Shanti Yoga & Wellness LLC I offer in-person private virtual and small group classes In addition Im a Yoga Step Recovery Leader Reiki II Practitioner Life Coach and Professional CounselorAyurvedic Nutritionist CertificationTrauma Informed YogaAdaptive Yoga and Yoga YTT My educational background as a Professional Counselor has lead me to explore deeper with my passion for health and wellness Yoga/Meditation is such a jewel for me I knew that it needed to be shared in the community I serve Initially I started out for the love of yoga/meditation Later my journey led me to starting my own business As a teacher Id like to see each student come in ready to practice on his or her mat My classes are for beginners intermediate or advance studentsHatha Vinyasa Yin Yoga Nidra and Restorative yoga and other style combinations of you to create a sense of freedom with each asana YOGA is for everyBODY All ages are welcome Shanti Yoga & Wellness LLC will create the space each student needs for his or her own flow without judgment Overall the practice of yoga has changed my mindset giving me the Shanti flow that was missing When you are ready space will be reserved for you on the mat Namaste IG/FB: @Shantiyogaone Website: Shantiyogacom Phone: -- Email: Shantiyogaone@gmaiLcom.
