About
Kay Lynn views her teaching as the sharing of her practice, which is centered in opening the heart and mind to greater mindfulness and joy, both on and off the mat.
She enjoys working with beginners and experienced practitioners alike, and she finds particular joy in working with students who believe “they aren’t flexible enough for yoga.” Under the guidance and encouragement of Terri Cotts, Kay Lynn became a certified yoga teacher in 2006. Kay Lynn continues her education with Jason Crandell, John Friend, and Shiva Rea. Outside of her yoga life, Kay Lynn is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Columbia Basin College. She shares her world with her husband Shawn, two dogs, two cats, and Stiffler, the retired cutting horse.
