Hello, My name is Kaya Lagerbom.
I identify as queer and non-binary. My goal as a Yoga instructor is to provide a safe space for students of all walks of life to dive deeper into their understanding of self. I am passionate about the ways in which individualized Yoga can benefit practitioners and I am excited to continue learning about the history and lineage of Yoga. Kaya Lagerbom is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Kaya has completed the 200 hour Teaching Certificate Program from Diablo Valley College and is pursuing other specialized teaching credentials as well as a 300 hour Yoga Certification.
