About
200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Specializing in Vinyasa / Flow YogaI first began to seriously explore yoga over 12 years ago through my prenatal yoga instructor, at a time when I didn’t yet realize how much this powerful practice could shape my life.
In the years after the birth of my daughter, my relationship with yoga was inconsistent, but everything changed when I found a studio that offered the kind of experience I truly needed: supportive, challenging, and taught with intention.Over the past several years, I have practiced at this studio under the guidance of teachers who have studied around the world, including my mentors Chris Morehead and Amanda Oakley. Through their teaching, I learned how to move breath and body fluidly, refine alignment, and build awareness that extends well beyond the mat and into my daily life. After attending a yoga retreat in Panama, I felt a clear pull to take the leap into yoga teacher training. Becoming a yoga teacher was many things: intense, rewarding, transformational, and genuinely life-changing, to name a few. Through my studies I became stronger physically and developed a deeper appreciation for what consistent practice can unlock. Most importantly, I learned the art of approaching life with simple observation, and extending grace to myself and others. Now, my focus is on giving back in the same way my teachers gave to me. My classes are dynamic and detailed, blending thoughtful sequencing, immersive music, and attention to refining shapes. They’re designed to challenge you while also helping you see what you’re capable of - on and off the mat.In addition to vinyasa, I also practice kundalini yoga, which continues to influence how I work with breath, energy, and awareness in both my personal practice and my teaching. At the heart of my teaching is a desire to create spaces where people feel welcome and free to explore their practice without expectation or judgment. It is absolutely a privilege to be given the opportunity to facilitate these environments for my students.
