She is a nature lover, artist, scientist, and eternal optimist who is dedicated to making the world a more joyful place. She has been practicing yoga since her teenage years, when she started tagging along with her mom to yoga classes. Yoga practice continues to make her stronger in body and mind. She strives to create a nourishing space where her students connect to the natural world and themselves, so we can all thrive.
