Kayla aims to empower practioners through breathwork, powerful flows, and freedom of choice in their practice.
She believes one of the most important aspects of yoga is the internal dialogue practioners can have while on their mat. She encourages a connection to body and breath while offering playful challenges. As a practioner, Kayla found yoga as a place to find community while she moved around the country. Once she landed in Colorado, she felt a renewed passion in her practice and encouraged to teach! While practicing she enjoys hot yoga, heated power flows, and diversity in instructors. Off the mat she enjoys paddleboarding, leaning in to life-long learning, and play time with her dog River.
