Kaylyn Staats is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance Kaylyn began dabbling in various forms of yoga in after being medically discharge from the United States Marine Corps To aid in recovering from her injury she began practicing water yoga and eventually transitioned to practicing yoga in a classroom In Kaylyn stepped outside the box and took her first Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga class After one class she was hooked! She immediately knew her passion was teaching yoga whether on land or on water Kaylyn began the Yoga Teacher Training program in August and received her hour RYT certificate in November She is now enrolled in a SUP Yoga Teacher Training program to become certified to teach SUP Yoga!
