About
Keileen "Leen" Estrada (she/her) has been a certified 200 Hour RYT since Oct.
2020. She is certified to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She has a strong passion for teaching others to have a better connection with their mind, body, and soul. She uses affirmations, intentions, visualizations, and manifestations to promote an environment that is loving, accepting, reassuring, and nurturing for students to better express themselves through movement, breath work, and mindfulness. She began her yoga journey while studying for her Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology from Frostburg State University. She was introduced to yoga by a professor, and it brought such positive change to her life. Through practice, she became interested in the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that come from yoga, and it has allowed her to see a different approach to everyday life. After graduating with her Bachelor's Degree, she decided to take the next steps forward in her yoga journey by pursuing her yoga certification. Since receiving her certification, it has allowed her to cherish all aspects/challenges that life brings. Remembering to live every day as a new day, and to show gratitude for all that comes her way. She began officially teaching at Rogue Academy in July 2021, where she was able to incorporate her knowledge and instruct many adults of all ages and backgrounds. She then continued her yoga experience and began to instruct Yoga Revelation in July 2022, in which she now teaches Tuesday evening Hot Vinyasa, Wednesday evening Hot Vinyasa, and Thursday evening Yoga Foundations. As she continues to grow in her yoga teaching, she looks forward to connecting with fellow yogis and continuing to evolve as a yoga instructor and human being. She is excited to see where this calling will take her in her journey of life. “Yoga is for everyone. You need not be an expert or at the peak of physical fitness to practice the asanas described...Yoga helps to integrate the mental and the physical plane, bringing about a sense of inner and outer balance, or what I term alignment. True alignment means that the inner mind reaches every cell and fiber of the body.”
