Hi! My name is Kelley and I live in Nashville, TN.
My hope is to teach body-positive gentle and restorative classes inclusive of yogic teachings, meditation, and pranayama. I was lucky enough to learn yoga at a young age through my elementary school, but didn’t commit to a regular practice until college when I became more interested in its philosophic and spiritual elements. I am incredibly grateful to now be certified through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center so I can begin to help guide others in the practice and encourage them to find home in their hearts, minds, and bodies.
