Kelli began her yoga journey in at a local yoga studio while living in Statesboro She quickly grew to love the practice and continued classes at local studios and at home whenever possible Kelli and her family moved to Metter at the end of where she found Kindred Yoga and Wellness As soon as she discovered Kindred would be offering teacher training Kelli knew she was ready to jump in so she could share her love of yoga wither others She is now a RYT and teaching at Kindred When asked why she loves yoga and wants to teach Kelli responded “I love the awareness and growth that yoga brings physically mentally and spiritually I started out seeking a way to keep my body healthy and have found so much more along the way I want to help others see that yoga is more than just “stretching” haha! Its a discipline that brings growth to our mind body and soul if we allow it”.
