After becoming a fitness instructor, she quickly found her home inside of vinyasa yoga. The athleticism of yoga, along with its deeper mind-body connection, has allowed her to marry her love of fitness and the serenity of a tranquil mind. She brings her passion for health and exuberant love for life to everyone she meets. She is an avid lover of yoga, music, books, coffee and wine. A native of Iowa, she lives in Iowa City her fiance, Dan, son, Rigby and dogs, David Bowie and Finnegan.
