After 11 years of personal practice, I earned my 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification in May 2025 to share what yoga has given me: a grounded, empowering way to feel strong in my body, present in my mind, and connected to myself. I love yoga not just for the calm it brings, but also for the strength it builds—from the inside out. My vinyasa flow classes invite you to show up just as you are, move with intention, and create space within. Off the mat, I’m a wife, mom, a dog lover, and a big believer in making space for what matters most—whether it’s movement, family, or a quiet moment of breath.
