Kelly is know for her warm, welcoming teaching style and compassion-centered, kindness-driven philosophy.
Kelly teaches with the intention of touching lives though yoga in the way she was touched through her yoga journey. She hopes to bring her students closer to their best and truest selves beginning on their mat. She encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self, and practices presence through breath and meditation in her flow. She teaches a challenging power vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, hatha, slow flow— she loves to incorporate her vast love for music into her flow. Kelly has practiced yoga on and off for over 15 years but did not devote herself to her practice until 2018. Kelly has a background in Bikram, yin, and power vinyasa. Kelly completed her 200 hour Hot Power Vinyasa yoga training with Corepower Yoga in Atlanta, GA and advanced training with the same studio. She will always be a student of yoga and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her. Kelly has completed additional trainings though My Vinyasa Practice, Salute the Sun Yoga, and Awakening Yoga Academy. Kelly is an experienced yoga teacher, currently working on her 500 hour designation. A forever student of the practice.
