Hi! I’m Kelly.
I help people connect with their capacity to feel, heal, and thrive while navigating life changes, transitions, and trauma recovery to be more comfortable in their bodies, deepen emotional awareness, and expand their capacity for LIFE. As a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor and Embodiment Guide, I support clients in making lifestyle changes to improve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being through nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and embodiment practices. Kelly Kievit is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hr Ashtanga, 2019; 200-hr Sampoorna Hatha Yoga, 2024) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School. Kelly completed her Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching certification through A Wellness Revolution (2024), accredited by both ICF and NBHWC, and her Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification through The Embody Lab (2023.)
