Kelly Shull E-RYT RPYT YACEP has been teaching at CITYOGA for the last years She has always found a connection to peace and wellbeing through the transformative energy of yoga and has a deep commitment to share it Kelly is one of the lead facilitators of the RPYS Registered Prenatal Yoga School Cityoga hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training She completed her hour teacher training in with Marsha Pappas and Nikki Myers Prenatal Teacher Training with Blooma Yoga in Core Strength Vinyasa with Sadie Nardinin in and recently completed her hour Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training with Rolf Gates in Kelly decided to go through another Prenatal Teacher Training and Doula Certification and Postnatal Teacher Training with Awakened Spirit Sacred Birth in as well as Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher Certification with Leslie Howard She also completed her Holistic Childbirth Education with Awakened Spirit and Lamaze in   She is a proud mother of three and her oldest child Lydia who you may have met  now works at the front desk Over the past years Kelly has taught everything from Hot Vinyasa to Preschool yoga but has found her calling to share her knowledge of Prenatal Yoga in creating Indianas only Registered Prenatal Yoga School and Prenatal and now Postnatal Teacher Training alongside Lisa Daugherty Teaching Prenatal Yoga allows pregnant people to strengthen their connection with their baby and prepare their inner and physical strength for the demands of childbirth Working with Heartland Mindfulness Collective and sharing its vision with providing free classes and scholarships for teacher trainings has allowed Kelly to grow her passion as well as give her the resources to develop and share her knowledge in the hopes of making systemic change in the birthing community She is also passionate about sharing pelvic floor health and information with the yoga community.
