I have a Masters in Education and completed my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training through YogaWorks in 2014.
I then became a 500-hour certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and am currently one of only three 1000-hour Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialists in the world. I am also a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance (YACEP) and have taught over 8000 hours of yoga I believe that yoga is being able to get your body and mind working as one towards a goal that will both challenge you and change you. It is accepting where you are, striving to be better than you are, and knowing it is an ongoing journey you will never finish. This is how I came up with the name Limitless Yoga. It reminds me that no matter how advance you may become, there is always something more to strive towards.
