Kelsey Gordon is a Registered Yoga Teacher ( RYT) with the Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).Kelsey also has certifications and specializations in Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Children's Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Beginner Yoga.
In addition to being a RYT with various yoga specializations, Kelsey has nearly 10 years experience in the fitness industry including experience as a Group Fitness Instructor with multiple certifications and training in Barre, Bootcamp, Tabata/HIIT, and more. Kelsey also has experience as a Run Coach training individuals ranging from ages 15-70. Kelsey is currently enrolled in NASM programs to become a CPT and CNC with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement as well as an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Certification. A little about me: Fitness has always been apart of my life and something I excelled at. When I began my Yoga journey I thought of it as another workout, but I was wrong. Yoga opened my eyes to go beyond just the physical. Yoga is fundamental to not only how I approach life, but is also a necessity in any of my fitness classes and/or customized training plans. Utilizing the breath with a mind, body, and spirit connection truly allows all individuals to reach their goals no matter where they are in life.
