I began my yoga journey in 2019 after a therapist recommended yoga to help alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms.
Over time yoga became an important and exciting part of my life that I love sharing with others! I completed my 200-hour RYT certification at the beginning of 2025 through a Ghosh Yoga teacher training program. I’m also a licensed social worker and spend my daytime hours helping incarcerated women prepare for living in the community. I’m an avid animal lover, and indoor plant collector. I teach three classes a week of heated flow style yoga at a studio in Topeka Kansas.
