Kendra is the owner of mobile floating paperboard studio, SUP413, as well as the land-based Freeflow Studio 413, both of which opened in 2018. Freeflow Studio will soon begin offering 200hr YTT (aligned with the upgraded Yoga Alliance standards), SUP Yoga certification, and continuing education workshops for yogis & instructors who want to dive deeper into their practice of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
