Kennedy is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher who completed her 200-hour training with YogaUnion in Bali, Indonesia, and her advanced 300-hour training in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga.
These transformative experiences deepened her connection to yoga as a holistic path of healing, balance, and self-discovery.Kennedy earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida (UNF) and now works as a mental health therapist. She has also completed the Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Foundations course and incorporates TCTSY into her clinical work, bridging yoga and psychotherapy to support trauma recovery and holistic well-being.When she's not teaching or studying, Kennedy loves to go to the beach, enjoys walks with her dog, reading, snuggling with her two kitties, and indulging in arts and crafts. Her classes are a blend of mindfulness, strength, empowerment, and relaxation, designed to leave students feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
