Raj Karam (he/they) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and Level 2 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with IKYTA.
They completed their Level 1 training at Kundalini Yoga East in New York City with Sat Jivan Kaur and Sat Jivan Singh. They have also completed Divine Alignment training with Simran Kaur Khalsa. In addition to a number of other workshops, they have completed the following Level 2 trainings. Mind & Meditation (2018) - Espanola, NM with Deva Kaur, Nirvair Singh, Devinder Kaur and Ravi Kaur Conscious Communication (2019) - New York, NY with Guru Dharam Singh & Siri Sat Kaur Authentic Relationships (2020) - Washington, DC with Sada Sat Kaur & Awtar Kaur Vitality & Stress (2021) - Online with Dr. Haridass Kaur and Siri Prakash Lifecycles & Lifestyles (2021) - Online with Shiv Charan Singh Lifecycles & Lifestyles (2022) - Online with Dr. Haridass Kaur and Siri Prakash In addition to Kundalini Yoga, Raj Karam has studied Kriya Yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga in India, Sivananda Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga over the last 15 years of personal practice. They have completed Level 1 & 2 of Gong Resonance Training with Mike Tamburo of Crown of Eternity. Raj Karam has also assisted numerous Level 1 trainings as a sevadar.
