His integrated approach blends yoga, breathwork, and qigong with over four decades of experience in mindfulness, movement, and self-regulation.Ken is the creator of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 2.0, a trauma-aware and accessible evolution of traditional MBSR, emphasizing gentle presence, inner safety, and practical daily practices. He is also the author of Mindful Body Fueling, a lifestyle guide that explores nourishment, intuition, and energy-informed living.Drawing from his martial arts background and lived experience, Ken’s teaching invites students into a grounded pathway of strength, softness, and mindful awareness.
