Kiah Crowley RYT® I was lucky enough to grow up right here in Spearfish fourth generation for my family As long as I can remember I have been a seeker of knowledge Always on the search for more meaning to the world around me eager for deeper truths After becoming a young stay-at-home mom who was trying to find herself yoga found me and brought so much peace and transformation to my life I recognize yoga as a state of being not just on our mats but in all parts of life benefiting everything and everyone around us As life evolves so has my practice After nearly a decade practicing under many skillful teachers I decided to attain my RYT®  online through Bhakti Yogshala in Rishikesh India I have taken additional trainings in Yoga Nidra Pranayama and Yin yoga I love all yoga styles and frequent many studios trying to bring together my favorite parts of each of them to you I am currently working towards a Five Elemental Qigong certification and am so excited to begin sharing and incorporating it into my practice as well.
